Tell us what needs doing

Send the list and a couple of photos. Most jobs we can quote without a visit.

  1. Step 01

    Send the list

Text or email what needs doing with a wide photo and a close one. Tell us your city and, if you are in a building, the hours work is allowed.

  2. Step 02

    Get a written quote

Usually back within the hour during business hours, itemized so you can drop anything you would rather skip.

  3. Step 03

We show up and finish it

You get an arrival window, not a whole day. We work through the list, clean up, and you look at it before we invoice.

We reply within 15 minutes during business hours.

Or call us directly: (645) 235-4470

No obligation. By sending this you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy, and to Palm Home Pros contacting you by call, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Why people call us

We work here, not everywhere

Palm Beach County only, coast to the western communities. We know which buildings need a gate pass, which ones limit work to weekday hours, and how far a truck really gets between Boca Raton and Jupiter at four in the afternoon.

We tell you what we do not do

Some jobs belong to the licensed trades we refer out. Hardwired fixtures, water-line connections, gas appliances, wall-mounted A/C and mini-splits. You hear that on the phone, not after we are standing in your kitchen.

The finish is the job

Straight lines, filled holes, anchors rated for CBS block, drop cloths down before anything opens. We take the boxes and the old hardware with us and vacuum before we leave.

Quotes in writing, first

You get a number before we start and it holds unless the job itself changes. If we open something up and find more than we quoted, we stop and call you rather than adding it to the invoice.

Packages for how people actually live here

Open the house in the fall and close it in the spring. Turn a rental between guests. Cure an association paint violation before the deadline. Make a parent's home safer to move around in. Set jobs up once and stop rebooking them.

Snowbird Open and Close

Two seasonal visits a year for absent owners. Open the house in October to December, close it in April or May.

Rental Turnover

Punch list work between guests: locks reset, walls touched up, blinds and furniture repaired, photo report on completion.

HOA Violation Repaint

Repainting to cure an association paint violation, using the approved palette, with before and after photos for your board.

Senior Home Safety

Grab bars, handrails, lever handles, treads, and night lighting installed and load tested, with a written walkthrough.

Condo and HOA Program

A standing program for associations and management firms: unit turns, punch lists, painting, and lock work on one monthly invoice.

For property managers, associations, and rental owners

You have a work order queue, not a project. We set up as a vendor once and then just answer it.

Set up a vendor account
  • Certificate of insurance and W-9 on file before the first work order
  • Gate credentialing and vendor registration handled ahead of the visit
  • Work orders by email or text, with one point of contact who answers
  • Photo report on every ticket, before and after, sent the day we finish
  • Monthly invoicing on a single statement instead of ticket by ticket
  • Unit turns, common area punch lists, and repaints scheduled in blocks

Questions people ask first

What kinds of jobs do you take?

Handyman repairs, interior and exterior painting, lock and rekey work, TV mounting, furniture assembly, shelving and closet systems, blinds and curtain rods, pressure washing, caulking and sealing, gutter cleaning, grab bars and handrails, and plug-in window A/C units. If it is a small job around the house, ask. We will give you a yes or a no on the phone.

What do you not do?

We stay out of the licensed trades we refer out. That means hardwired fixtures, water-line connections, gas appliances, wall-mounted A/C and mini-splits, and putting in new storm shutters. We would rather hand you a name we trust than take on work that is not ours to take.

How do quotes work?

Text us the list and a few photos, a wide shot and a close one. Most of the time we can quote from that. If a job needs eyes on it, we set an arrival window and come look. Either way you get a number in writing before anyone starts, and it does not move unless the job changes and you approve it.

Which parts of Palm Beach County do you cover?

The coastal and central municipalities, from Tequesta and Jupiter in the north down through West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach to Boca Raton and Highland Beach, plus the western communities of Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Westlake and The Acreage. We do not run out to the Glades.

Can you come out today?

Sometimes. We keep same-day slots open for short work like a rekey, a TV mount, a lock that stopped turning, or a grab bar before someone comes home from the hospital. Call (645) 235-4470 early in the day and we will tell you straight away whether today works or whether the next window is tomorrow.

Do you work inside condos and gated communities?

Yes, and a lot of our work is exactly that. Buildings from the 1970s and 1980s with exterior catwalks, and gated single-family communities with approved color palettes. We can send a certificate of insurance and a W-9 to your association or management office in advance, register at the gate, and work inside the hours your building allows.
