Palm Home Pros ("Palm Home Pros," "we," "us" or "our") provides handyman, painting and lock services in Palm Beach County, FL. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://thepalmhomepros.com (the "Site"), call or text us, or hire us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you give us

When you request a quote, contact us, or book work, we collect what you provide:

Your name, phone number and, if you give it, email address
Your city and, once we are booking work, the property address and access details
A description of the work, and any photos or videos you send
Building or association rules you tell us about, such as permitted work hours
Anything you say in calls, texts, emails or the contact form

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and the tools we use collect:

IP address and approximate location
Device type, browser, operating system and screen size
Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scroll depth and form starts
The site or ad that referred you, including campaign tags and click identifiers such as Google's gclid

c. Calls and texts

When you call the number on this Site we may record the caller ID, the time and length of the call, and the marketing source of the number you dialed. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Florida requires the consent of everyone on a recorded call, so a recorded line tells you it is recorded at the start; staying on the line is your consent, and you can ask us to stop recording at any time. Text messages are kept as part of your job record.

2. Cookies and tracking tools

This may include enhanced conversions, where the phone number or email you type into our form is hashed in your browser and matched by Google against signed-in accounts to improve measurement. We may also use Google remarketing to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. Manage this at Google Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms may be protected by reCAPTCHA, which scores a submission to tell people from scripts. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Call and form tracking

We may use a call tracking service that shows a different phone number depending on how you reached the Site, so we know which advertising works. Calls and forms routed through it are logged with the details in section 1(c).

Session storage

4. Calls and text messages

By giving us your phone number you agree that Palm Home Pros may call or text you about your request, quotes, appointments and completed work, including with automated systems. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help, or call us. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who work for us: website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and invoicing tools, call tracking, analytics and advertising platforms, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
With the licensed trades we refer you to, when you ask us to pass a job along, and only what they need to contact you.
With a building, association or property manager when the work requires their approval or access, and only what they need to grant it.
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our people or our customers.
As part of a sale or transfer of the business, under the same protections.
With your direction or consent.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, to honor any workmanship promise, and to meet tax, insurance and legal obligations. Call recordings and website analytics are kept for shorter periods set by those tools. When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the Site and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing calls, texts and emails. We will answer within the time the applicable law allows and will not treat you differently for asking.

Florida residents

We are a small local business and may fall outside the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. We honor the requests above anyway. Florida's recording law is covered in section 1(c).

California residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. The Google Ads remarketing described in section 2 may count as "sharing" under that law; you can opt out through the links in that section.

9. Children

The Site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including Google's. Their privacy practices are their own; read their policies before giving them information.

11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so the Site does not respond to them. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. A material change will be flagged on the Site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
