Palm Home Pros is a new home services company working across Palm Beach County. We do three things: handyman repairs, painting inside and out, and lock and rekey services. We are insured for the services we perform, our technicians are background-checked, and you get a number in writing before anyone picks up a tool.

Why Palm Beach County
This county is full of homes that need exactly the work we do. Close to 190,000 units here sit inside condo and co-op associations, and a large share of that stock went up between 1970 and 1985. Exterior catwalks, CBS block walls, sliding doors on their third set of rollers, front doors that have been repainted four times in the association palette. Salt air and humidity keep working on hardware, caulk joints and paint year round, and storm season runs June 1 to November 30 whether the house is occupied or not.
Then there is the seasonal half of the market. Roughly 158,000 people are here only part of the year, most arriving between October and March. Houses sit closed through the summer and open again in the fall, and that rhythm produces a very specific list: batteries, filters, bulbs, a cylinder that seized in the humidity, a wall that needs touching up, a TV that came down when the room got painted, locks that should be rekeyed after the cleaners handed the keys back.
What we do
Handyman work is the bulk of it. TV mounting, furniture assembly, picture and mirror hanging, shelving and closet systems, blinds and curtain rods, door hardware, caulking and sealing, weatherstripping, grab bars and handrails and non-slip treads, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and plug-in window A/C units. Painting is the second line, interior and exterior, including cabinets, front doors and garage doors, and repaints that cure an association violation letter before the deadline on it.
Locks are the third, and they are the part nobody else around here leads with. Rekeying every exterior cylinder to a single key, replacing a worn deadbolt in an existing door prep, battery-powered keypad and smart locks, mailbox and storage locker locks, sliding patio latches. Homes and rentals only. We do not touch vehicles.
What we refer out, and why
Florida is strict about who may do what, and Palm Beach County is stricter than most of the state. So there are jobs we will not take, and we would rather say so in the first two minutes of a phone call than halfway through an afternoon. Hardwired fixtures, water-line connections, gas appliances, wall-mounted A/C and mini-splits, and putting in new storm shutters all sit with the licensed trades we refer out.
Plug-in window A/C units are a different thing and those we do install. When a job is not ours, we will usually know someone worth calling, and handing you a name costs us nothing while it saves you a second round of phone calls. It also means the work we do accept is work we are genuinely good at, which is the whole point.
How we work
Text or email the list with a couple of photos and you get a written quote back, usually without a visit. We give an arrival window rather than a vague day. Drop cloths go down before anything opens, holes get filled, anchors are rated for the wall we are actually drilling into, and the boxes, packaging and old hardware leave with us. If we find more than we quoted, we stop and call you instead of adding it to the invoice.
We are new here, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no long review history to point at yet. What we can offer is a straight quote, a technician who shows up inside the window we gave you, and work that still looks right a season later. Ask for a certificate of insurance and you will have it the same day. Ask us to register at your gate and it gets done before the visit, not while we are sitting at the callbox.
